In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

2.4 Employees. Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, or officers of kkjl, or their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) kkjl Account only. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your kkjl Account. 3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkjl login credentials (username and password). You must notify kkjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. kkjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank). All payment methods are subject to the respective third-party provider's terms of service. kkjl is not liable for delays or failures attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your kkjl Real Money Balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. kkjl processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours, or requiring additional compliance review, may take longer. kkjl does not guarantee processing within the stated timeframe in cases of system outages, payment provider disruptions, or pending KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods used by the same verified Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. kkjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are displayed in the kkjl cashier section. These limits are subject to change at kkjl's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.6 Funds Segregation. Player fund balances held by kkjl are maintained in segregated accounts, separate from kkjl's operational funds. This ensures that your Real Money Balance is protected in the event of any operational disruption.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period will be specified in the promotional terms accompanying each offer.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. kkjl reserves the right to void bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements; and collusion between players to exploit promotional structures.
5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. kkjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the kkjl website or directly to affected Players.
5.4 Currency. All bonus amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
6.1 RNG Certification. All kkjl casino games — including slots, live dealer titles, table games, and specialty games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are audited on a regular basis as required under kkjl's PAGCOR operating license.

6.3 Technical Errors. Winnings resulting from demonstrable technical errors are not payable.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded in kkjl's server logs shall be final and binding, unless a demonstrable technical error can be established.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkjl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kkjl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 kkjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the kkjl website.
12.2 Your continued use of the kkjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting kkjl support.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to kkjl's customer support team for resolution. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
